You need to be delicate. So consider your words carefully and say this, "Sweetheart, I really like you... BUT... you're a desperate shriveled up old hag and you kiss like some sort of animal that's a cross between a Golden Retriever and a cow.

Be tactful and have some class. Say this...

"I've been thinking and... although I really like you, this doesn't feel right to me. And you deserve to have someone who is 100% certain about what he wants and is ready to give himself to you. I just don't feel that way. I really wish I did because you're a beautiful girl... PEACE!"
