1 - She has a great interviewing style. She's very laid-back, charming, and sincere. She lets her guests talk and they are comfortable enough with her to be honest and candid.

2 - The guests are all involved in very interesting projects and they "have been there and done that" so you can trust that they know how to make it in Hollywood.
