If you're human, you're probably doing at least a couple of these a little bit. The idea is to reduce these behaviors because they are sucking away your awesomeness!

Let's start with A-Number-One Supreeeeemo!

1 - Insecurity.

This leads to all sorts of unattractive behaviors including... being needy, anxious, and self-conscious.

For men, insecurity makes you look unconfident and unsure. A woman wants a man of strength and determination.

For women, it makes you unreasonably jealous, unable to accept a sincere compliment, and afraid to be your most sexy.

It can make you scared to be generous and most people don't want a cheap partner.

CHEESY GUY: Babe, you go ahead, look at the menu and order ANYTHING YOU WANT. Except for those expensive appetizers.

Besides, what could be more appetizing than a piece of THIS bicep. And you don't need an overpriced dessert when later tonight you can have my sweet booty.

Oh, and you don't want any wine. Why WOULD you when you can imbibe my intoxicating conversation and wit. So order ANYTHING YOU WANT... except steak, lobster, crab, shrimp, or chicken. Here, eat some of this free bread. Let me know if you want some peanut butter on that because I brought some with me in my man-purse!

So #2 is Cheapness. Don't buy someone's affections but don't hold back.

The #3 way you are being unattractive... Being Argumentative. Insecurity can make you argumentative because you always have to prove you're right to make yourself feel better. It can make you ridiculously judgmental of others because really you judge yourself just as harshly.

If you see any of this in yourself, destroy this behavior! Get it out!

To be your most attractive you must open yourself up and be giving.

Stop looking for ways to prove you're right and look for ways to find agreement and harmony and reasons for squeezin'.

- Being too self-absorbed is not attractive. Being soooo self-conscious of how you look and how you're acting. It can make the other person nuts. It also makes you miss opportunities. When the time is right to go for the kiss or to attract that person you’ve been waiting to become available... you'll screw it up because...
