If your girl looks good, then you don't answer her question. She's not asking you anyway. She wants reassurance from you.

You have some fun choices here:

1 - Ask HER, "Do you feel OK?" Then smack her ass and say, "You feel good to me!" Then plant a really great kiss on her lips then say, "Hurry up and get dressed before I rip off all your clothes, including your undergarments! Including your undergarments!!!"

or

2 - Do the classic improv comedy technique called Yes, And. You answer her ridiculous question "Do these pants make me look fat?" by saying, YES! AND... I can barely hear you! Your enormous butt must be blocking the sound waves!

If she's done this a zillion times and you are annoyed, then...
